Desde ORBEA nos gustaría incorporar a una persona apasionada del ciclismo y con conocimientos técnicos avanzados sobre las bicicletas y sus componentes, para formar parte del equipo de Postventa, encargado de gestionar las reclamaciones de nuestros distribuidores del mercado asignado, a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación existentes.
El objetivo del área es dar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes, utilizando todas las herramientas a nuestra disposición para convertir cualquier reclamación o consulta en una experiencia positiva para nuestros distribuidores y usuarios/as, con una respuesta rápida, efectiva y con estándares de calidad altos.

ORBEA is seeking to hire someone who is passionate about cycling and with advanced technical knowledge of bicycles and their components to join our After-sales team, in charge of managing claims from our dealers in the assigned market through various existing communication channels.
The aim of this department is to provide the best service to our customers, using all the tools available to us to turn any claim or query into a positive experience for our dealers and users, with a fast, effective response with high quality standards.
As an After-sales technician at ORBEA, you will be in charge of the following functions:
● Evaluating, diagnosing and managing claims from Orbea dealers, using our B2B platform, email or telephone.
● Ensuring excellence and proactiveness in customer service, and resolution of technical incidents.
● Providing timely solutions for customer needs.
● Ensuring that both dealers and customers know the after-sales process, ensuring their satisfaction.
● Ensuring training and technical information with the sales network, as well as their coordination with the rest of the departments.

● Advanced technical knowledge about bicycles and their components.
● Person with a very high level of English and proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Italian and/or German.
● Professional experience performing customer service tasks.
● Professional experience within the cycling sector is highly valued.
● Communication skills and a customer service orientation, both by email and on the telephone.
● Autonomy and organizational skills in the job area.
● Availability to work at our Central Headquarters in Mallabia (Basque Country).
